Gol Linhas Aereas Inteligentes (GOL) has appointed Edmar Lopes as its new chief financial officer. Lopes currently serves as Gol’s investor relations director and he will run both posts. Lopes will replace Leonardo Pereira, who left the company to assume the top post at Brazil’s Securities and Exchange Commission, the CVM.
