Fair Work Australia (FWA) has ruled on a new enterprise bargaining agreement (EBA) that will end the dispute between Qantas and its unions. The agreement contains employment terms and conditions mutually agreed to by the union and airline in December that will remain in force until December 2014. Qantas chief executive officer Alan Joyce said:’’The determination from Fair Work Australia does not contain any of the restrictive demands that would have handed control of parts of the airline to the union however it provides reasonable pay increases to our workers.” The EBA includes a 3% annual pay increase, new licensing
