Freebird Airlines is to launch a twice-weekly service from Gatwick to Bodrum, in Turkey. The Turkish carrier’s flights will operate on a Tuesdays and Fridays from May 24. Freebird is also doubling its frequency of services from Gatwick to Antalya to four flights a week, on Mondays, Tuesdays, Saturdays and Sundays. The Gatwick-Antalya route will resume on May 23. The airline said the Gatwick routes will ‘complement’ its existing Antalya services from Manchester which will operate twice-weekly on a Wednesday and Saturday from April 30.
