Flybe and Serco are facing customer complaints related to their care of passengers whose flights were delayed in the north of the UK caused by fog. Passengers on flights that set off for Shetland landed in Orkney due to fog and were unable to continue their journeys. They were required to spend an uncomfortable night on the North Boat after being left by the flight operator in Kirkwall. Flybe is now processing the feedback from disgruntled passengers.
