It is the 50th French ATC strike in the past seven years with over 150 days of effective down time. It is estimated that over 100 flights will be cancelled across France today. This strike follows ATC strikes in Greece, Italy, Belgium and France in March, April and May which have caused over 2,500 cancellations and more than one million minutes of delay (more than 16,000 hours) across all airlines operating in European airspace.
