EL Al has introduced non-stop flights between Tel Aviv and Melbourne by June 2024. This route will be the first non-stop link between Israel and Australia. The airline recently signed a letter of intent (LOI) with the Victorian State Government to launch the route. As per the LOI, the airline will introduce thrice weekly service using a Boeing 787 Dreamliner delivering 44,000 seats annually.
