Under a new agreement with Manchester Airport, easyJet will expand its services starting with the sixth aircraft it added last Friday and a seventh will join the Manchester fleet by next summer. EasyJet says it will continue to increase capacity over the next few years, expanding on the existing 26 destinations it current serves from Manchester. EasyJet said “this reaffirms its position as the north west’s largest airline and the region’s strategic importance in the easyJet network, due its central location, strong business links and wide catchment area”.
