EasyJet’s chief financial officer Andrew Findlay is to step down from his position at the LCC. EasyJet said that Findlay would exit the firm in May 2021, after serving his 12-month notice period. Prior to working at the LCC Findlay held a senior position at UK retailer Halfords. The news of Findlay’s departure comes just days after he was one of four easyJet directors, to win backing from investors after an attempt by EasyJet founder, and largest shareholder, Sir Stelios Haji-Ioannou to have them replaced.
