Unite, the union representing British Airways cabin crew, has announced its members have voted to strike as early as next week. With an 83% majority, some 5,811 crew members voted in favour of strike action. The union must notify BA seven days prior to any strike being staged. No dates have yet been set as the union remains “in discussions” with the UK carrier.
