China Express Airlines recently opened a brand-new hangar as a part of its phase II expansion plan in the southwestern Chinese city of Chongqing. Located at the northern end of Chongqing Jiangbei International Airport. The hangar can accommodate four Airbus A320s simultaneously. With a fleet of about 40 CRJ900s, China Express is one of the few CRJ operators in the Asia Pacific Most of the line and heavy maintenance of China Express’ fleet, comprising A320s, Bombardier CRJ900s, and ARJs, is carried out by its main maintenance organisation Hua Xia Aircraft Maintenance Engineering.
