China Eastern successfully completes first C919 passenger flight

China Eastern Airlines marked a significant milestone with the successful launch of first passenger flight with the COMAC C919 aircraft, almost five months after the COMAC delivered its first passenger C919 to China Eastern. The aircraft took to skies from Shanghai Hongqiao International Airport (SHA) and touched down at Beijing Capital Airport (PEK), carrying over than 130 passengers.
