Busy month for FRA

Welcoming 6.2 million passengers in July 2015, Frankfurt Airport (FRA) achieved its busiest month in history. Passenger traffic for the reporting month rose by 6.6 percent year-on-year and surpassed the previous monthly record of August 2014 by about 130,000 passengers.  The 200,000 passengers-per-day level was exceeded a total of 17 days in July 2015.  Furthermore, on July 31, FRA registered a new daily record of 216,732 passengers – overtaking the previous peak day in September 2014 by nearly 2,800 passengers.
