Brazil’s airlines have reported their individual market shares for the month of August. In the Brazilian domestic market, TAM reports a 38.8% market share; GOL holds 35.2%; Azul Brazilian Airlines holds 16.3%; and Avianca holds 8.9%. In the market for international flights in Brazil, TAM holds 84.7% and GOL holds just 15.3%.
