Boeing has won an order from China Eastern Airlines valued at $4.6 billion at list prices for 50 737 aircraft, the Shanghai-based carrier said in a statement to the Hong Kong stock exchange today. Each plane has a price of about $91 million, the company said in the statement, though price paid will be half that. The planes will be delivered between 2017 and 2019. This latest 737 order comes on top of the 80 737s ordered last year.
