It has been reported that Turkish tour operator Anex Tour plans to acquire the Air Operators Certificate (AOC) of UTair-Ukraine from UTair, in a deal to be closed by the end of the year. Once that has been secured, the plan is to rebrand the airline Azur Air Ukraine, which would operate charter flights for Anex’s tour operations using its existing fleet of three 737-800s.
