A co-pilot for Japanese airline All Nippon Airways came close to flipping the aircraft he was flying after pushing a wrong button ANA has confirmed. The Japan Transport Safety Board said in a report into the September 6 incident that two flight attendants suffered minor injuries when the co-pilot pressed the wrong button when trying to open the cockpit door to let the plane’s captain back in from a restroom break. The plane tipped more than 130 degrees during the flight from Naha to Tokyo.
