American Airlines expects total 2015 domestic capacity to grow about 1-2% compared with 2014, versus an earlier forecast of 2-3%. Its international expansion forecast remains unchanged. American has already moved to defer the delivery of 35 A320neos. The airline will retire one more 757 than originally planned in 2015. The CRJ900 fleet will now increase by 21 not 25. American also confirmed it has set October 17 as the final day of US Airways flights.
