Flight attendants at American Airlines – represented by the Association of Professional Flight Attendants (APFA) – have ratified a new five-year contract, adding $4.2 billion of value to the existing flight attendant contract. “It’s an exciting day for American’s nearly 28,000 flight attendants and our entire airline,” said American’s CEO Robert Isom.
