The Air Line Pilots Association, Int’l (ALPA) has approved a merger with the Air Canada Pilots Association (ACPA). The deal, which was agreed in March and approved in the meantime by the Canadian pilots, makes Air Canada ALPA’s 40th pilot group and takes the union’s membership to over 73,000. “Together, our combined union will have greater strength in negotiating collective agreements, advancing pilots’ interests, and protecting labor rights,” said Capt.
