Alaska Airlines adds new flights; repays CARES loan

Alaska Airlines has announced new routes to sunny destinations for its winter schedule. On December 16, Alaska will begin weekly, seasonal service between San Francisco and Cancun, as well as two new flights from Portland to Tampa and New Orleans. These routes are a seasonal service, each with several flights a week. On Nov. 19, Alaska will launch a new route to Palm Springs and Austin, which will be the only nonstop flight between the heart of the Coachella Valley and the Texas capital with flights five times a week. “Since March, our bookings for leisure travel have exceeded what
