Major airlines have suspended Israel flights amid growing security concerns in the Middle East. Brussels Airlines – a part of the Lufthansa Group – said in a statement: “Due to the recent change in the security situation, Brussels Airlines and the entire Lufthansa Group have decided to suspend all flights to and from Tel Aviv (TLV) and Tehran (IKA) with immediate effect.” The airline said the suspension will last up to and including September 19, 2024.
