The Latvian national carrier airBaltic carried more than half a million passengers during July of this year – representing an increase of 9% when compared to the same period last year. In total the airline carried a total of 560,200 passengers during the month on over 4,550 flights. “In July, airBaltic maintained strong operational performance, carrying a significant number of passengers and setting new records in our home markets – Estonia and Lithuania,” said Pauls Cālītis, Chief Operations Officer at the airline. Additionally, airBaltic reached an all-time high load factor which reached 88.8% – a 5.8 percentage point increase compared to the same period
