Air India is planning to raise $832 million (Rs 3,745 crore) to fund its 787 deliveries, the first of which arrives in October. The airline is hoping to get support from the US Export Import bank, with a loan priced between Libor+50-70 basis points. The airline is also considering a sale and leaseback agreement for the aircraft deliveries.
