Air Botswana courts privatisation

A South African private equity company, Airshare, has indicated its interest in acquiring 70% of the asserts of Air Botswana, essentially taking the African airline private. Media sources suggest that Airshare is seeking to complete all necessary due diligence and propose a formal purchase agreement by the end of August.
