Grupo Aeromexico carried just over 2 million passengers in November 2022, it announced on December 8, for a 30.6% year-on-year increase. International numbers were up by a third, with domestic climbing by just under 30%. Capacity was up by a similar percentage, at 32.7, while demand in passenger-kilometres increased by 33.5%. The central American carrier said it would start flying to Rome-Fiumicino and Tokyo-Narita in March 2023, with thrice-weekly and daily flights respectively.
