Aer Lingus to resume its Future Pilot Training Program

Aer Lingus is all set to restart its pilot training program called the ‘Future Pilot Training Program’ since 2019. As a part of the program about 90 aspiring pilots will get pilot training and an opportunity to work with Aer Lingus.  The program is fully sponsored by Aer Lingus and successful candidates will undergo a 14-month training program in collaboration with a Spanish flight training school. The airline is particularly focussing on female recruitment as part of efforts to close the gender gap in aviation.
