The Asset Management Corporation of Nigeria (AMCON) has taken over Odengene Air-Shuttle Services (OAS) Helicopters in Lagos following a court order. It has not been made public is this action was due to indebtedness. Earlier this month, AMCON took over the Arik Air. Ethiopian Air has rejected an offer by AMCON to invest in Arik Airline, reports BusinessDay.
