Antonio Vazquez Romero, Iberia’s current executive chairman, will be chairman of the newly-merged International Consolidated Airlines Group (IAG). British Airways chairman Martin Broughton will be deputy chairman of IAG and Willie Walsh has been confirmed as the group chief executive.
