An unidentified European airline has signed a firm order to buy four Bombardier Q400 NextGen turboprop aircraft. The $126 million order, at list prices, also includes options on a further four aircraft. Firm orders for the Q400 and Q400 NextGen aircraft now stand at 412. Meanwhile, the president of Uruguay’s flag carrier, Pluna Lineas Aereas Uruguayas, has indicated it may buy more Bombardier aircraft next year. The airline already flies Bombardier-made CRJ900 NextGen aircraft.
