Russian aircraft maker Sukhoi Civil Aircraft has delivered its first “full-specification” Sukhoi Superjet-100 (SSJ-100) to Aeroflot. Aeroflot is the largest customer for the Superjet with a total order for 30 airliners, signed in 2005. Originally, these aircraft were ordered in standard specification – single class arrangement for 98 passenger seats, however later the airline decided to improve the aircraft specifications including the arrangement, passenger cabin equipment, and avionics. Some changes requested by Aeroflot required further aircraft modifications.
