American Airlines regional carrier, PSA Airlines, experienced a recurring computer problem yesterday (June 18), which grounded flights from Charlotte Douglas International Airport. The problem was traced back to the crew scheduling and tracking system at PSA Airlines that made it impossible for the airline to align flight crews and aircraft, impacting 350 flights into and out of Charlotte. The regional carrier is operating on a reduced schedule today and is rebooking and refunding some passengers.
