In January 2011, Gazpromneft-Aero and PetroBras started to provide aircraft fuelling to Transaero Airlines at Galeano Airport in Rio de Janeiro (Brazil). A new direct flight Moscow – Rio de Janeiro became a landmark one for the airline in terms of entrance to the market of South America.
