Boeing announces order for 50 737s

Boeing has announced orders for 50 of its 737 aircraft. The total for the year now stands at 472. The customers weren’t announced by the manufacturer. This order explains why Boeing announced in September plans to ramp up the production rate for the Next-Generation 737 program to 38 airplanes per month in the second quarter of 2013.
