Turboprop manufacturer ATR has recorded ten previously undisclosed orders for the ATR 72-600. Among the orders are Canary Islands operator Binter Canarias, which has added another six orders to its original order of six ATR72-600s. The order is worth up to $150million, with the first aircraft due for delivery during 2015. ATR also added orders for two more ATR72-600s from Air Tahiti (VT, Papeete) bringing its total to six; one order from Air New Zealand (NZ, Auckland Int’l) subsidiary Mount Cook Airline (NM, Christchurch) which brings its total to nine, and one order from Maldives carrier FlyMe.
