AIRBUS BOOSTS JOBS AT FLINTSHIRE SITE

Airbus has announced it will create 770 new jobs at its Flintshire site by taking on contract Blue Arrow workers on permanent Airbus contracts. The new contracts will be phased in from March.

Paul McKinlay, head of the Broughton factory, said: “The new arrangements for future temporary labour will provide the flexibility for the plant which help us respond to demands in production.”
