A GOOD ORDER FOR ROLLS BUT IT DOES NOT STOP THE SHARE PRICER FALLING FURTHER

Air China has ordered Rolls-Royce engines worth $1.8 billion to power its order for 10 Airbus A330s and 10 Airbus A350s. The UK engine manufacturer will provide Trent XWB engines to 10 Airbus A350 XWB aircraft and Trent 700 engines to 10 Airbus A330 jets. The deal also includes a long-term service agreement. Added to the deal with China Eastern, Rolls-Royce has netted a total of $3 billion in Asian deals. Despite this, shares in the engine manufacturer fell further to 587p on Monday. Heavy discounts on this order are to blame but RR will make that amount up with
