OLYMPIC AIR AND AEGEAN AIRLINES WILL APPEAL THE EUROPEAN COMMISSION’S DECISION

The decision last month by the EU to block the proposed merger of Olympic Airlines and Aegean will now be appealed by the airlines. Olympic said the decision of the European Commission “disrupted the plans of creating a single major Greek airline with pan-European range.”
