The Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) has identified two more pilots who had submitted forged marksheets to obtain the Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL). After obtaining an ATPL, a First Officer is qualified to command a flight. In a separate case, Garima Passi, a pilot with low cost carrier SpiceJet, quit on Thursday, a day after she was suspended and grounded by the airline. This takes the total number of such cases to seven in recent weeks.
