The German federal aviation authority, the Luftfahrt-Bundesamt (LBA), is again investigating the continuation of codeshare routes for the winter schedule between Etihad Airways and airberlin on routes between Germany and Abu Dhabi. The next round of talks on traffic rights between Germany and the United Arab Emirates will start by the end of this month, where airberlin intends to find a general solution for a permanent codeshare agreement between the two airlines.
