Russia’s Federal Air Transport Agency, Rosaviatsia, has canceled air operator’s certificates (AOCs) for regional carrier Air Samara and cargo carrier KAPO Avia for failing to adhere to standard operational rules leading to accidents. On November 25, 2014 an Air Samara Beechcraft King Air 350i made a hard landing without landing gear at Samara Kurumoch International Airport, while a KAPO Avia Antonov 26 ran off the runway during takeoff from Sokol Airport in Magadan on January 3, 2015.
