Dynamic International Airways has sued Air India in a New York Federal Court to the tune of $97.7 million for breach of contract. Air India sub-contracted Dynamic in 2013 and 2014 to carry Hajj passengers from India to Saudi Arabia. The complaint states that Air India has been using accounts reconciliation in bad faith in order to delay making any payments. Dynamic says some $42 million in revenues is outstanding and the charter airline is seeking damages of $84 million.
