PwC boosts infrastructure team with appointment of two directors

PwC has appointed Gwyneth MacLeod and Ash Kelso as directors in their infrastructure team. In her new role, Gwyneth will focus on aviation policy, regulation and economic impacts as well as on infrastructure advisory work for a range of private and public sector clients. Ash will be a senior advisor on infrastructure transactions, focusing on helping our clients execute successful deals.

Gwyneth joins PwC from Booz & Co where she led the government policy and regulation service offering within their transport practice. Prior to Booz & Co, Gwyneth was previously a senior aviation official and economic regulator in the New Zealand Ministry of Transport.

Ash joins from EISER Infrastructure Partners (formally ABN AMRO Infrastructure Capital) where he was involved acquiring and managing infrastructure assets across Northern Europe and Australia. Before joining ABN AMRO, Ash was a member of the Energy, Utilities and Infrastructure team at Barclays Capital.

Commenting on the appointment, Richard Abadie, PwC global infrastructure leader said:

“We are delighted that Gwyneth & Ash have joined our expanding infrastructure team. Their extensive knowledge and experience will bring further expertise to our team in two key markets for us.”
