Pattonair hires first Group Innovation Director in Jason Rance

Global aerospace and defence supply chain provider, Pattonair, has hired Jason Rance as its first Group Innovation Director. Rance will report to Pattonair CEO, Wayne Hollinshead. Rance has a successful track record in developing growth and innovation strategies for world class consumer brands and in disruptive e-commerce and service businesses.  He was successively Global Head of Product Innovation and Global VP Marketing & E-Commerce for the Speedo swimwear brand and led its Global Innovation Team Aqualab.
