Lufthansa hires new senior director sales UK, Ireland & Iceland

Andreas Köster is the newly appointed Senior Director Sales UK, Ireland & Iceland Lufthansa Group. From 1 September 2016 he will be responsible for the sales activities and representation of the Lufthansa Group in UK, Ireland and Iceland. Köster will be based in London and reports to Heike Birlenbach, Vice President Sales Europe Lufthansa Group. Köster is succeeding Christian Schindler, who held this position since 2012. Schindler will now be Head of Sales and Services Europe for the LSG Lufthansa Service Holding being then based at Frankfurt airport.
