Ince & Co announces senior corporate partner hire in Dubai

International law firm Ince & Co has appointed Tom Briggs as partner in its Dubai office. Briggs advises on corporate, finance and commercial law matters, including M&A, primary and secondary fundraisings, private equity, venture capital, joint ventures and project finance. Prior to joining Ince & Co on 13 March, Tom spent 15 years at Charles Russell Speechlys. For the last three years he was a partner and Head of Commercial/Corporate in the firm’s Bahrain office where he was primarily responsible for the development of the corporate, finance and commercial law practice in the Middle East. In 2008, he spent six
