Hawaiian Airlines has appointed Christian Forbes as its vice president – financial planning and analysis. Forbes will lead analysis efforts within Hawaiian’s finance department with a focus on revenue enhancement and cost reduction, and in support of Hawaiian’s future expansion plans. He reports to Peter Ingram, Hawaiian’s executive vice president and chief financial officer. Before joining Hawaiian, Forbes spent four years with The Carlyle Group, a private equity firm based in Washington, DC, most recently serving as vice president, U.S. real estate. Prior to that, he served in various finance-related positions for more than six years at US Airways Group
