Finnair appoints two new members to Executive Board

Finnair has appointed two new members to its Executive Board with Ole Orvér being named chief commercial officer, and Nicklas Ilebrand taking up the role of senior vice president of strategy. Both new Executive Board members will start in their roles on May 1, 2019. Orvér, 53, has a long international career in several airlines, including Qatar Airways, LOT Polish Airlines, Air Berlin and SAS. In these airlines, he has mainly served in leadership positions in strategy, network management and sales. Most recently, he has worked as a consultant for both airlines and airport operators.
