Close Brothers Aviation and Marine consolidates with high-calibre new hires

Close Brothers Aviation and Marine has appointed two further industry specialists to enhance the division’s offering and drive business growth for the company. Reporting into Richard Kearsey, Managing Director, are Andrew New, Director of Marine, and Andrew Blundell, Director of Aviation. Andrew New joins Close Brothers Aviation and Marion from ABN AMRO, having previously worked at Santander, GE and Lombard. With 20 years of Asset Finance experience, Andrew is tasked with developing the bank’s Commercial Marine offering, as well as the larger leisure based vessels.
