CALC Appoints Independent Non-Executive Director

China Aircraft Leasing Group (CALC) has appointed Chow Kwong Fai, Edward, J.P. as an Independent Non-Executive Director with effect from 19 July 2016. Chow is a fellow member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) and chairman of its Hong Kong Chapter. He served on the Council of ICAEW for six years from 2000 to June 2016 and chaired its Commercial Board. He is a past president of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and chaired its Corporate Governance Committee and Professional Accountants in Business Committee.
