Bryan Shillito has been named managing director of safety programs for Alaska Air Group, the parent company of Alaska Airlines and Horizon Air. Shillito will lead Air Group’s cross-organizational safety programs and ensure a robust Safety Management System (SMS). “Bryan is a proven leader with a focus on continuous improvement and always making sure our safety management system places the safety of our employees and customers first,” said Tom Nunn, Alaska Air Group vice president of safety. “This position will help us continue to strengthen the level and quality of safety at both Alaska Airlines and Horizon Air.” Shillito joined
